At Salts Healthcare Australia, we want you to receive your items as quickly as possible. That’s why we ship exclusively via Australia Post Express for all domestic orders.
1. Shipping Rates
We offer tiered shipping based on your order total:

2. Processing & Dispatch
Dispatch Time: We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Because we use Express Post, your order is prioritised by Australia Post.
Metropolitan Areas: 1–2 business days.
Regional/Rural Areas: 2–4 business days.
WA & NT: Please allow an additional 1–2 days for transit.
Note: We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates as delays within the Australia Post network are outside of our control.
4. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you can track it via the Australia Post Tracking Tool.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: Yes, we ship to all Australian PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
5. Order Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect from an Australia Post location, a $15 re-shipping fee may apply to send it out again.
