Returns and Refund Policy.

1. General
This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all sales of our products. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions (available Terms of service – Salts Healthcare Australia Pty Ltd).
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you believe that an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies to your purchase, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Major failure: If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to request a refund or replacement of the same or similar value. You are also entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Minor failure: If the product failure does not amount to a major failure, we will repair, replace or refund the goods to remedy the minor failure within a reasonable time.
3. Change-of-mind policy
We offer a 30-day return policy if you change your mind.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn or unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for sale items.
Medical Devices & Medical Device Accessories (including ostomy bags, flange extenders, mouldable seals, aloe rings, stoma paste, stoma collars, barrier film wipes, adhesive remover wipes) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns if the packaging has been opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns must be sent to: Suite 7, Level 3, 100 Dorcas Street, Southbank, VIC, 3006, Australia.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval for change-of-mind reasons may not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if a refund is approved.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
